I have worked on umpteen number of project, ranging from hardware, asset refresh to software development and documentation. Most of these projects have been in length of 3 to 6 months and completed on time.

Software Development and Documentation
I have worked with health insuarnce company called Aetna Inc. and project to document a sofware called ECHS. It is a healthcare software with coding is done in java. During the project, I documented sofware code and the workings of in an 25 to 30 page document with proper tags and attachement to assist user in using the software.
Asset Refresh Project
I worked at Shell Inc., peforming asset refresh by wiping HP desktops and laptop which are outdated and did a change management process of providing newer and more stable HP system to Shell employees. The project was for 3 months and after completion; I was proficient in computer systems with experience in many technical troubleshooting and installing techniques.
Help Desk Software Refresh
During this project at one of most outstanding mangement company with an international image of an big infrastructure technology support or known as ITC called Getronics Inc. The company is known for huge of the infrastructure support and hiring IT support individuals from all over the world. I worked on a project of software assest refresh by installing and configuring software for employees and its customers. The project was for 4 months and was completed on time and approved by the manager.
